General description of the Hydranor Modular Sandwich Valve system

The Hydranor  Sandwich valve system is a based on more than 40 years experience in design and production of hydraulic valve units. Hydranor products are especially designed for marine applications. They are well known for their excellent operating characteristics and high reliability even under extreme conditions.

Hydranor Sandwich Valves System consists of an inlet unit and a number of directional valve units of Sandwich plate design. The flow for each direction unit may be set individually. The units are designed to be easy connected together, numbers of units depend upon applications.

The system consists of one connecting unit, and at least one directional valve unit.

Connecting Unit consists of:

• Common connections for pressure, return, drain and load sense signal.
• Pressure relief valve PT
• Pilot Pressure reduction valve

Directional Unit consists of:
• Proportionally controlled directional valve.
• Pressure compensated flow control system.
• Load sense connection.
