If you need to send us something in return due to malfunction, warrenty or repair please send an email to

and write "RETURN OF GOODS" in the subject field of the email.

It is also important that you tell us what you are planning to return and why you return it.

We will return the email with a RETURN TAG NUMBER that you must use as a reference on the package and documentation you send. This is mandatory for all returns.
